Program. David Hunt Solomon, P.A. operates a text messaging program for people who ask us about a property or request information through this Site. Messages are conversational and transactional: a reply to your inquiry, the market file or listing details you requested, scheduling for a showing, and updates on a property you asked about.
How you opt in. You opt in by entering your mobile number on one of our forms and ticking the consent box, which is unchecked by default and reads: “By submitting, I consent to receive a text message and email from David Hunt Solomon at the number and email provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.” Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any real estate service. We do not text numbers we obtained anywhere other than directly from you.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies and depends on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and are set by your mobile carrier, not by us.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or OPT OUT. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You may rejoin at any time by replying START or by submitting a new form.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
