David Hunt Solomon

A native of Miami Beach, David has been specializing in high-end luxury real estate since 2006. Known for his expertise and dedication, David has consistently ranked among the top professionals in his field. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Minor in Mass Communication.

In 2006, Solomon got his start working in single family home development and moved his way up in the ranks. For 15 years, Solomon became the heart and soul of this well known development company both building and renovating the most luxurious and prestigious homes in South Florida. With a vast construction background, Solomon sets himself apart from the rest because he actually knows what's behind the walls and beyond the floors and ceilings. In 2020, Solomon went on his own and has successfully developed several projects through his new development company Solomon & Co.

Solomon prides himself on taking all clients whether listing a property, working with a tenant or buyer, or building a new project from A to Z.
