Una Residences
Brickell · 175 SE 25th Rd
Una Residences at 175 SE 25th Road is the first residential project anywhere outside Asia by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture — the Chicago supertall specialists behind the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the Jeddah Tower in Saudi Arabia, and the Wuhan Greenland Center. Developed by Vladislav Doronin's OKO Group (the same OKO behind Missoni Baia in Edgewater and the Aman New York hotel) with London-based Cain International. The 47-story bayfront tower received its TCO in February 2026. The south facade's curved-glass profile was intentionally designed to evoke a stack of yacht hulls — Miami's waterfront translated into architecture, with each setback creating a deeper terrace as the tower rises. 129 residences priced $2M to $25M for the bayfront penthouse. The building includes a private marina with deeded slips, which is one of only three new-construction Brickell-adjacent buildings to offer that (the others being Echo Brickell resales and the upcoming Baccarat). For David's clients, Una is the architectural pedigree play in South Brickell — Smith and Gill are the firm responsible for the tallest building in the world, which is the credential that protects resale value through any market cycle. Closings commenced February–March 2026, and early trading has stayed within 5% of original sales pricing — a strong floor for the inventory still being marketed.
"The first AS+GG residential building outside Asia. South facade looks like a stack of yacht hulls — intentional."
