The two-acre amenity park overlooks Government Cut with direct sightlines to cruise ships entering the Port of Miami and to David's $49.5M off-market sale at 22 Star Island across the water — that 2020 transaction held the Miami residential record until Ken Griffin's 11-12 Star Island closing. Pricing starts at $15.5M for three-bedroom and runs north of $60M for the larger penthouses; unit sizes range 3,870 to 8,400 square feet. Fisher Island access remains by private ferry only — there is no public bridge, and the island operates as a private community with its own zip code, post office, and beach club. Delivery targeted 2026. Every existing Fisher Island unit has changed hands at least twice since 2008 because there's been no new supply — Six Fisher Island is the first new inventory in 18 years on what is statistically the highest per-capita-income ZIP code in the United States.
