Resale activity at Mr. C Grove since delivery has held within 10% of original sales pricing, which is the resale data Cipriani Brickell pre-construction buyers are watching directly. Grove Isle (Vita) and Mr. C Grove together represent the highest-density luxury cluster in Coconut Grove — anchored by the Sonesta and the Ritz-Carlton hotels, walkable to the Grove village.
