Missoni Baia at 777 NE 26th Terrace is the Italian fashion house Missoni's first branded real estate venture anywhere in the world — the same Missoni family known for the signature zigzag knit pattern that's been a fashion-house signature since 1953. David's read on Missoni Baia is the same as Armani/Casa: fashion-branded buildings command resale premiums because international buyers read the brand sight-unseen, which compresses the buyer education curve to nearly zero.
