Major Residences Miami at 888 Brickell Avenue was Major Food Group's own branded residential project — co-developed with Michael Stern's JDS Development and designed by SHoP Architects. Major Food Group exited the partnership in July 2022 and the project was subsequently rebranded as 888 Brickell by Dolce & Gabbana. See the 888-brickell-dolce-gabbana entry for current status. For David's clients who are already MFG regulars at Carbone Miami or ZZ's, the current Dolce & Gabbana-branded building retains MFG's DNA in the hospitality programming.
