Edition Residences Miami Edgewater at 2121 N Bayshore Drive is Marriott's second Edition-branded project in Miami after the Mid Beach Edition delivered 2019. Co-developed by Two Roads Development (Reid Boren and Taylor Collins, also behind Elysee three blocks south and the new Rivage Bal Harbour with Related Group) and Marriott Edition. Bernardo Fort-Brescia (Arquitectonica) designed the 55-story bayfront tower with an all-glass moon-reflective exterior; Studio Munge of Toronto (Alessandro Munge, behind the Bisha Hotel Toronto and Nobu Hotel Toronto) designed the interiors. 185 residences priced $1.5M for a two-bedroom up to $15M+ for the three tri-level penthouses, each with private rooftop pool and garden. The Edition brand's hallmark is Ian Schrager's continuing collaboration with Marriott — same operational standard as the Miami Beach Edition, the New York Edition Times Square, and the Tokyo Edition Toranomon. 45,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities including a wellness center, pickleball, library lounge, on-site fine dining restaurant, and six guest suites. Delivery 2027. For David's clients, this is the Edgewater answer to the Mid Beach Edition; the original Mid Beach building has held value above its 2019 launch pricing, which is the underwriting case for buying the Edgewater inventory before delivery. The bayfront site has 800 linear feet of water frontage, the longest contiguous single-tower bayfront in Edgewater.
