Cipriani Residences Miami at 1420 South Miami Avenue is the Cipriani family's first standalone branded residential building anywhere in the world — separate from the existing Mr. C hospitality brand and from the Casa Cipriani Miami Beach project at 3611 Collins. Developed by Mast Capital (Camilo Miguel Jr., also the Perigon Miami Beach co-developer with Starwood); $600M construction loan closed in February 2024, the largest single-residential construction loan ever closed in South Florida at the time. Arquitectonica is the architect; London-based 1508 London (the firm behind the Bulgari Hotel London interior work) designed the residential interiors. The 80-story Brickell tower delivers 397 residences priced from $1.5M for a one-bedroom up to $20M+ for the penthouse. Three-story Cipriani Club on the amenity deck includes the Bellini Bar and a resident-only restaurant operated directly by the Cipriani family — same operational standard as Cipriani Downtown New York and the Rainbow Room. Construction reached residential levels in March 2025; delivery now tracking 2028. For David's clients, Cipriani is the Brickell answer to the Faena District Mid Beach play — using a globally recognized Italian hospitality brand to anchor a tower's resale identity. The Cipriani family operates 50-plus locations globally, which gives the residential program operational depth that newer hospitality brands can't match.
