1428 Brickell is Ytech's (Yamal Yidios) flagship Brickell project — the 70-story tower at 1428 Brickell Avenue designed by Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel of ACPV Architects, the Milanese firm behind the Bulgari Hotel Tokyo and the Beretta flagship in Brescia. Arquitectonica is the architect of record; ACPV handles design and interiors. Construction broke ground November 2024 with delivery 2028.
